02 / Design
Design
We design the architecture your workflows will run on — tool selection, data flows, governance layer, and integration map. The output is a signed architecture blueprint.
03 / Deploy
Deploy
We build and deploy governed workflows against the approved architecture. Every workflow includes an audit trail, rollback procedure, and documentation. The output is a signed handover.
04 / Hand over
Hand over
We leave with documentation your team can maintain. Runbooks, training, and a formal handover document that confirms what was built and what your team can now operate.
Scope
We don't do everything.
Resell software licenses
We don't take commissions or referral fees. Tool recommendations are made on technical merit for your environment.
Manage vendors
We scope, build, and hand over. We're not a managed service provider. Your team operates what we deploy.
Run your IT department
We come in for a defined engagement, deliver signed artifacts, and close the scope. No retainers unless the work justifies it.
